¡¡¡¡Shenyang is the largest central city of northeastern region, located in the center of Northeastern Asian Economic Circle and Circular Bohai Economic Circle with its important strategic position. Within the scope of 150 km radius, taking Shenyang as the center, 8 big cities which takes basic industry and processing industry as main are concentrated and form a central urban group of Liaoning province featuring rich resources, strong complementary structure and high technical conjunction.
