Shenyang Palace Museum was founded initially in 1625, and was completed in 1636. It is the palace for the first emperor of Qing Dynasty Nurhachi and the second emperor Huangtaiji. Xinle Relics is the ancient relics inhabited by mother
clan commune in the early stage of New Stone Age of religious society
for over 7200 years from now. The unearthed relics are stone tools,
pottery tools, coal-made products, ancient housing site etc. the
precious relic wood-carving bird is the earliest relic unearthed
in Shenyang region, it is also the only existing wood-carving artwork
in the whole world. Nanguan Catherine Church Nanguan Catherine Church was initially founded in 1878 backing the north and facing the south. Its architecture style belongs to European Gothic style, it has two bell towers of 45 meters, with 24 stone columns to support. The construction is unordinary, with the capacity to hold over 1000 pilgrims to pray for one time.
Qipanshan Mountain International Scenic Tourist Development Zone is located at the northeast of Shenyang. Ancient Cloud Stone Shenyang Ancient Cloud Stone is scattered at the place within 168 square meters in the southeast of Shenyang, among which the largest one is situated in Huashitai Mountain of Lixiang Town in Dongling District. It is 160 meters in length, 54 meters in width, 42 meters in height and 2 million tons in weight, and is the biggest ancient cloud stone in the world. It was formed in 4.5 billion years ago, fell onto the ground in 1.9 billion years ago, being called as the second-to-none gem obliged by god. Magic Slope Magic Slope is located at the west foot of Mao Mountain in Xinchenzi District, facing the wild field and backing the mountain range. It¨s a slope high in the west and low in the east with hundreds of miles in length, and over 20 meters in width. Magic phenomenon has happened there, when vehicles are on the upslope they will slide automatically but on the downslope they reject to move without driving. Summer Palace (World on water) Shenyang Summer Palace is a modern happy and health garden integrating water dabbling, water sliding, bowling, entertainment, bungee jumping, catering, shopping etc. into one entity with area of 23800 square meters. Beiling
Park(Zhao Tomb) is the tomb of the second emperor of Qing Dynasty
Huangtaiji and his empress Qiaoduanwen and is the famous scenic
spot for tourists with the successful combination of royal tomb
of Qing Dynasty with modern garden. It has the area of 3.32 million
square meters. Beiling Park was established in 1643 constituted
by such ancient architectures as Longnen Hall, Baocheng, Baoding,
Yueyancheng, Daminglou Building, Dapailou Building, Square Town,
Longen Gate, Dahong Gate, Shipaifang etc, with large scale and majestic
architecture. Beiling Park with its ancient history, mysterious
royal tomb and the scene of gardens has become the bright pearl
embedded in Shenyang.

level forest wild animal zoo, situated in the State Tourist Scenic
Spot of Shenyang Qipanshan Mountain, covering the area of 2.4 thousand
square meters. The garden of Animal Zoo was designed by the Scenery
House of Stock Corporation of Tokyo Japanese. In the garden are
three districts i.e. District for Appreciating Wild-raising Animals
in Travelling Bus, District for Appreciating Cage-raising Animals
on Foot and Lake Pleasure Ground. The District for Appreciating
Wild-raising Animal in Travelling Bus covers the area of 1.5 million
square meters comprising such seven districts as Tiger Mountain,
Bear Col, Wolf Village, Lion Mountain Range, Asian Animal Grass
Land, Waterfowl Lake etc. exhibiting over 3,000 kinds of rare animals
in Asia and Africa. 
Shenyang
International Chess competition Center is located at the picturesque
north foot of Qipanshan Mountain with the building area of 14,614
square meters. It¨s the first-rate international chess center with
multifunction and comprehensiveness, concentrating international
chess competition, comprehensive entertainment, tourist sightseeing
and idle vacation. In the Competition Center, there are International
Match Hall, Multifunctional Hall, Advanced Counter-round Room, News
Release Center as well as the systems of the multimedia inquiry,
intelligent air conditioning, TV monitor, simultaneous interpretation,
satellite live broadcast, data satellite reception etc., with reasonable
arrangement and complete functions. In 2000, International Chess
World Cup Competition was successfully held there. World first-rate
chess players Xie Jun, Jialiyamowa, Yie Jiangchuan etc. have been
discussed and played chess there.
