　　In order to further transform government functions and create a better development environment, the Shenyang Municipal government have carried out a reevaluation on the 301 items on the administrative examination and approval items list and decided to cancel 17 items of them (including 7 items that require administrative examination and approval, 5 items that require initial administrative examination and approval and 5 items that require to be filed), 21 sub-items related to 8 items that require administrative examination and approval, and left one that used to be an item for initial administrative examination and approval to be an item for filing only. The municipal governement hereby makes the following announcement regarding the administrative examination and approval items (initial and filling) that are canceled:
